The process

Four steps from an idea to a pallet in Porto

A digital proof comes back the same working day. Samples ship in 7 days. Production runs 14–21 days from the moment you approve the proof.

01Choose a blankBlanks held in Porto, 240 to 500 gsm, cut for boxy modern fits.
02Choose a dyeGarment dyed to any of 2,625 Pantone references, or send us a lab dip to match.
03Add artworkScreen print, embroidery and woven neck labels. Upload vector or 300 dpi files.
04Approve and orderDigital proof the same day, sample in 7 days, production in 14–21 after approval.
Step 01

Choose a blank

Blanks are held in Porto, so a run starts from stock rather than from a mill order. Weight is the decision that carries the most: 240 gsm falls, 500 g/m² holds its shape.

Range
Tees to outerwear
Weight
240–500 gsm
Yarn
Ring compact spun, long staple
Fit
Boxy, drop shoulder
Sizes
xs–3xl, mixed freely in one run
Minimum
25 pieces per garment, per colour
Blank rail — 28 bodies, undyed
Step 02

Choose a dye

Everything is garment dyed to order, so the colour is a decision rather than a constraint. Send a Pantone reference and we dye to it, or send a physical swatch and we build the recipe from a lab dip.

Step 03

Add artwork

Artwork is where the price is set: setup is charged once per print position, not per piece, so one large placement is cheaper than three small ones on the same run.

Step 04

Approve and order

Nothing goes to the floor before you have seen it. The proof is digital and comes back the same working day; the sample is the real garment, on your cloth, with your artwork.

What we need from you

Three things decide the quote: the blank, the colour and the number of print positions.

Artwork

Vector files, or raster at 300 dpi at final print size. We redraw a logo that arrives too small at 90€, once.

Colour

A Pantone reference, or a physical swatch to dip against. Screen colour is not a reference, so we will ask for one before the dye house starts.

Quantities

A size split per garment, per colour. Sizes mix freely inside the 25-piece minimum, and one purchase order can cover several blanks.

The cloth

Spun, knitted, dyed and cut within 40 km of Porto

Guimarães, Vila Nova de Famalicão and Barcelos. We audit every partner ourselves, and the same specification runs behind every blank in the catalogue.
