Hiring is lumpy. Production is not. So the run happens once and the kits leave one at a time.
The version most teams start with: a hoodie, a tee, a tote and a beanie in one dye lot, produced in a single 14–21 day run and held on our racks in Porto. When somebody accepts an offer you call off a kit and it ships to their home address in 5 days.
Nobody on your side forecasts sizes twelve months out, and nobody stores boxes in an office. Storage is free for the first 12 months and everything lands on one invoice.

Onboarding kits on a standing spec
One locked spec, stock held in Porto, kits shipped to new starters in fourteen countries on a single invoice.
Nobody at Sennheiser packs a box any more. The spec has not changed in two years, so a starter in Lisbon and a starter in Warsaw receive garments from the same lot.

Answered plainly, because the answer is usually the thing that decides it.
We are twelve people. Is 25 pcs really the minimum
Yes, and it is 25 pcs mixed across sizes, not 25 of one size. A twelve-person team usually orders 25 and keeps the balance for the next three hires.
The setup cost looks heavy on a small run
Setup is 135.00€ once, not per piece — the screen and the label die are made once and held for 24 months. On 25 pcs that is 5.40€ a piece; on your second run it is nothing.
We need them for a launch in three weeks
Production is 14–21 days from approval, and the digital proof comes back the same working day. Tell us the date up front and we will say yes or no to it rather than find out late.
We cannot forecast sizes a year out
Then do not. Make one run, leave it on our racks in Porto, and call off from 25 pcs whenever you hire. Storage is free for 12 months.

The spec and the dye lot record are held, so the second run matches the first. No new setup, no new lab dip, 10–14 days.
