A call-off is a pick and a pack, not a production run. Ask on Monday for 40 kits, they leave Porto on Friday.
Free storage for 12 months
No pallet fee, no minimum draw-down. After 12 months we agree a rate or you take the balance in one shipment.
One locked spec
Cloth, weight, fit, dye reference, label and artwork positions are fixed in writing. Nothing changes between call-offs without a signed revision.
A single invoice
One monthly invoice covering every call-off and every destination, with a purchase order reference on each line.
One person who knows the account
A named contact in Porto with the spec, the lot records and the stock position in front of them.

How a programme runs
Four stages. Only the first two involve production; the rest of the year is picking and packing.
We onboard 40 people a month. The kits ship from Porto on a call-off, so nobody on my team is packing boxes any more.

Send us your headcount for the last twelve months and the garments you want held. We come back with a size curve, a run size and the call-off terms in writing.
