The client’s colour, held across every lot
240 to 290 gsm organic cotton, garment dyed to any of 2,625 Pantone references and matched to ΔE 1.5. The dye record is kept, so the reorder in nine months matches the launch run.
Matched to a number, not to an opinion
A brand colour that drifts between deliveries is the thing that costs an agency a client. So the match is measured: two lab dips inside 5 days, read against the reference chip on a spectrophotometer, approved at ΔE 1.5 or tightened.
Cloth weight changes how dye takes, so the approved recipe is adjusted per garment rather than reused across the range. PANTONE 5605 C on a 270 gsm tee and on a 500 gsm hoodie are two recipes and one colour.

Delivered under your name
White label is not a favour on this account. It is how every agency job here ships.
Your client’s label, not ours
Woven neck label in three colours, carrying whatever mark the brand book specifies. Nothing on the garment names us.
Packing and paperwork under your name
Polybags, hangtags and the delivery note carry your artwork. We ship to the client, the end customer or your studio.
A spec sheet you can hand over
Cloth, weight, fit, dye reference, tolerance and lot numbers written up so it can go into the client’s brand documentation as-is.
We stay off the client call
One contact in Porto who works to your timeline and answers to you. If you would rather we join the call, we will.
Tees held in Porto
240 to 290 gsm, cut boxy, garment dyed to order and carrying a woven label.

A launch run matched to a brand Pantone
Two lab dips, one approved colour, held across three garment weights and two production lots.
The agency approved from the lab dips alone and never saw a strike-off they had to reject. Both lots matched, so the second delivery went straight to the client without a colour review.

What agencies ask before they specify us
The six that come up on every first call, with the numbers attached.
Our client’s colour is the brand. Can you actually hit it
Two lab dips inside 5 days, measured against the reference rather than judged by eye, held to ΔE 1.5. If the first dip is out we tell you the number, not an opinion.
Will it read the same on a tee and a hoodie
Different cloth weights take dye at different rates, so the recipe is adjusted per weight rather than reused. Type/Code ran one colour across 270, 380 and 500 gsm inside tolerance.
The client will reorder in nine months. Will it match
The dye lot record is held for 24 months and the second run is made against it. No new lab dip, no colour review, 10–14 days.
We are pitching to a date we do not control
Digital proof the same working day, lab dip in 5 days, sample in 7, production in 14–21 from approval. You can build a critical path from those and we will hold it.
Can the client tell you made it
Not from the garment. Labels, hangtags, polybags and the delivery note carry their mark or yours. We do not put anything of ours in the box.
We need a fit that is not off the shelf
Blanks are held in Porto and cut boxy. Beyond those, send the measurements and we will sample against them — the pattern becomes yours to reorder.
Send us the Pantone
One reference and the garments it has to sit on. A lab dip comes back in 5 days with a measured ΔE, before anything is committed to a run.
