Runs we have made
Four jobs, with the brief, the spec and what came off the line. Quantities and lead times are the real ones.
A staff uniform that survives a bakery shift
Garment-dyed heavyweight tees and aprons in one custom ecru, cut for a hot kitchen and washed at 60°C.
The brief
Six sites, one uniform, and a laundry cycle that had already destroyed two previous suppliers. The kitchen runs hot, the aprons carry flour and oil every day, and everything goes through an industrial wash at 60°C. Anything that shrank out of size or greyed off after a month was not going to work.
What we made
A 270 gsm garment-dyed tee and a 400 gsm canvas apron, both in one custom ecru matched from a bag of their own flour. Pre-shrunk to 0–3% so the size on the label is the size after the tenth wash, and dyed in a single lot across both garments so the apron and the tee read as the same colour on the floor.
What happened
One run covered all six sites with a reorder buffer. The second run, placed nine months later, came off the same dye record and matched the first without a new lab dip.

Onboarding kits on a standing spec
One locked spec, stock held in Porto, kits shipped to new starters in fourteen countries on a single invoice.
The brief
Forty people a month were joining across fourteen countries, and each one needed the same kit. People ops were forecasting sizes a year out, holding boxes in an office nobody visited, and posting them by hand.
What we made
A single locked spec — hoodie, tee, tote and beanie in ink and vat olive — produced once a year in one dye lot and held on our racks in Porto. Call-offs go out from 25 pcs in 5 days, to a new starter's home address or to a regional office, with one monthly invoice covering every destination.
What happened
Nobody at Sennheiser packs a box any more. The spec has not changed in two years, so a starter in Lisbon and a starter in Warsaw receive garments from the same lot.

A launch run matched to a brand Pantone
Two lab dips, one approved colour, held across three garment weights and two production lots.
The brief
A client launch where the colour was the brand. PANTONE 5605 C had to read the same on a 270 gsm tee, a 380 gsm crewneck and a 500 gsm hoodie — three different cloths that take dye at three different rates.
What we made
Two lab dips, five days apart, measured against the reference rather than judged by eye. The approved recipe was adjusted per cloth weight so all three garments landed inside ΔE 1.5, then run in two production lots six weeks apart off the same record.
What happened
The agency approved from the lab dips alone and never saw a strike-off they had to reject. Both lots matched, so the second delivery went straight to the client without a colour review.

Festival crew merch in three weeks
Crew tees, caps and totes produced and split-shipped to six European cities before the first gate opened.
The brief
A festival season signed off late. Six cities, six crew sizes, and a first gate three weeks out. Everything had to be on site and sorted by city before the crews arrived, not after.
What we made
Oversized Tee 240 in ink, six-panel caps in vat olive and canvas totes, all one artwork and one dye lot. Production started the day the artwork was approved, and the run was picked into six city consignments on the packing bench rather than shipped as one pallet to be broken down later.
What happened
All six consignments landed with two days in hand. Because the crew sizes were packed per city, nothing had to be redistributed on the ground.
