Conferences
Crew tees for the floor team, a heavier hoodie for speakers, tote and cap for the delegate bag. One purchase order, one delivery date.
Launches
A short run in a colour that only exists for the launch. Custom Pantone dye lots add 7 days and are held on file if the thing takes off.
Team gifts
Onboarding kits and end-of-year runs, boxed and shipped per person. Call-off from stock held in Porto so nobody on your team packs boxes.
Planning backwards from the date
Six weeks is comfortable. Three weeks works if the dye is one we already hold.
What a 300-person conference kit costs to make
A crew tee, a tote and a cap, one print position each, in a dye we already hold. Setup is charged once per position rather than per piece, so the unit price falls as the headcount grows.
